Custom Programs to Fit Your Needs

At Home Band Foundations Program

6 weeks repeatable program that utilizes resistance bands. This program can be performed at home, at a park, gym, anywhere! You will have scheduled work and rest days, and accompanying How-To demo videos. You will receive instant access to the entire program via downloads and videos. This is a one time payment.

Westside Band Training Add-On

This is an extension program to the Foundations program. Westside Barbell is notorious for its crazy strong power lifters and Louie Simmons, the founder of Westside Barbell. This program adds 3 more weeks plus a challenge week to test how strong you have gotten. This is a one time payment.

Monthly At-Home Body-weight Training

This program is for those who do not have any equipment, but are able to train using their own body-weight. The program is released every 2 weeks so you will constantly get stronger and stay active, along with a challenge in the 6th week to see how much progress you have made. This is a month to month option and can be cancelled at anytime.

Personal Hybrid Training

This is a more hands on training and coaching program and is the most flexible program based on your time, life, and goals. Depending on your location, this program can be delivered online or in-person. It includes weekly check ins, 2 scheduled 1:1 video session calls per week along with monthly training programs.

You will receive nutritional support and supplementation (if needed), form checks, and instant access to contact me for any questions on the training program. I offer a 3, 6, or 9 month package and these can be paid in full or monthly payments.

I'm not big and shredded by any means, but as a certified personal trainer who has overcome massive obstacles and experienced true transformation, I know I can help you do the same. There is no "right" cookie-cutter way to live, you must find your own path. I love video games and A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones anyone?) and could play for hours, but I still keep a focus on consistent exercise and living a healthy life. There is a balance and it can be fun! I'll help you do it.

What can I say about working with Ed. Well for starters I wouldn’t be where I am in terms of fitness without him. I first started off going on YouTube and packing every exercises I saw into a workout plan.

I would definitely feel the burn so I must have been doing something right. Wrong!! I would spend hours at the gym doing more harm than good to my own body. Working with Ed he showed me that I can feel the burn in a good hour and still get all the benefits.

He’s been amazing to work with I told him what I wanted and we’ve been constantly working towards that. In the marines we have fitness test we have to do.
