I had the pleasure of having Edward as my personal trainer. It was my first time doing training and I needed someone who could get me started, help me make training a habit (I was very bad at going to the gym by myself) and help me set up a routine for myself. I was most impressed by Edward's personalized approach – instead of having me use machines (as many other trainers do with my friends), he used creative exercises to work out a particular muscle group. Doing a varied set of exercises was also fun – never tedious.
Edward explained all exercises and the reasoning behind them, going all the way to how the body works. He was also good at giving me guidance on what I should eat and how I should improve my nutrition, which is an inseparable part of any exercise routine.
Edward was a great motivator. There were times when I wanted to throw in a towel, but he was good at keeping me going.
Edward was very flexible and made it possible for me to have a regular workout routine. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Whoever gets him as a trainer will be very lucky.

I have been working with Edward for a little over a year now, and have grateful benefited from his guidance, knowledge, and expertise. I was a member of 24 hour fitness, and connected with Edward after my mother did a free introduction training session. She texted me right after their session and said that I had to work with him ASAP because he was "the real deal".
I had worked with trainers in the past, but I often felt stagnant and rarely noticed any real improvements. In my first session with Edward, I explained struggling with on going knee pain and sensitivity due to an injury. I expressed frustration and disappointment around feeling limited physically, and Edward made me feel heard and understood. He created an individualized workout plan to not only strengthen my knee, but to improve my overall health and well-being.
Within only a few months, I no longer experienced knee pain and I was able to start focusing on becoming stronger everywhere else. Along with his knowledge around working with injuries, I appreciate that Edward is able to explain his reasoning behind specific movements and exercises, and everything he does in training sessions is very intentional. He also always meets me where I am at physically and mentally, but at the same time, isn't afraid to push me and challenge me. I would not hesitate to recommend him and am incredibly grateful to have him as my trainer!
Edward was the first personal trainer I ever had. Unfortunately I did have to move a week after starting to train with him. However, this made me realize how great he was. In my time away I went through 2 other personal trainers and I just didn't feel like they were pushing me hard enough and they were treating me just like everyone else.
I was very happy to be able to come back home and resume training with him as he is very knowledgeable about female training and training with an injury. I felt very comfortable with his workout plans for me because they didn't strain my weak injuries but I didn't feel like I was compromising my workout. He's always learning and getting new fitness certifications which is why I feel like he is definitely the one to go to in order to get the results you want.
